My Parents did by skipping over from the E-Quadrant to B-Quadrant. There is an Organization (known as Network 21) that provides a risk-free business model that allows people to move from the E and S quadrants over to the B quadrant.

I agree that it's a way of life, a philosophy to live by.

I read it when I was younger (about 17 or so), started my own real estate company after graduating. I would consider myself financially independent. I believe the principles in the book are pretty solid.

Its not a switch you flick on and off, its a way of living and a way of changing your financial outlook over your lifetime.

I bought a fixer upper house with my dad and we are working on renovating it, to hopefully sell it soon.
