Well I live @ my uncles house and he hired some workers to put in cement ... well to my surprise one of them blocked my car and i drive a truck and his car could not be seen ... i barely dabbed the vechicle...what should i do? am i at fault since it is in my own property?

your car hit his vehicle, your at fault, doesnt matter where it happened at

If he's parked, and you're moving, you are at fault. You are supposed to do what a "reasonable person" would do- that is, walk around and make sure when backing up that you can SAFELY drive out.

Just think how bad you would have felt if you had run over a 2 year old toddler and killed him? Its happened- just FYI

Most likely. Your insurance company will decide who's fault it is. But you should always check for anything in your way, when exiting a driveway.

Depends on your local law, but my guess is 100% yes. The fact that it was on your property does nothing to exempt you from liability.

You hit his vehicle. You are at fault regardless of where it happened.

if no one sues you, you are fine. But they can sue you for anything. The result is deteremined by Judge in the court

if you hit it it is your fault. did you have the police out
to check it out? your insurance might get ahirty about
paying if you didn't.

yes because it doesnt matter where you are, it matters that you did hit the car
