My aunt is having a yard sale today with the orginal nintendo and a box load of games she also has the orignal atari with all the games i told it has to be worth a whole lot of money so if someone could answer this asap it wold be greatly appreciated

Not much if used. It also depends on if you have the last generation top-loading model or the old front-loading one. The top-loading ones are supposedly worth a lot if it's in new condition. The front-loading control deck is maybe $10-$40 depending on condition and games are worth $1-$25 unless you got something extremely rare.

Typically, a Nintendo System is worth about $15-$20 in a store.
That is if you have the one where the games go in the system sideways. If you have one where the games are loaded in the top (called a top loader, naturally), those are worth more.
Nintendo made the top loader after the original because the pin connectors don't always connect with the games (reason why you have to take them out, blow on them and put them back in and they work...the blowing has nothing to do with it, but when put back in, it connects)
The games for the most part are between 3 and 6 dollars each. There are some rare Japanese games, but most of the ones in the states are worth that.
In a garage sale, you could price the whole lot at $15-20 bucks...on Ebay, you might get a little more. Sell it quick because when the new Nintendo Wii comes out, people will be able to download almost any of those games (technically, they can now with emulators, but this will be a legal way to get them). Try selling it on ebay... You'll find out after a coupla days... My guess...? Not worth a whole lot...

but it depends on who you sale it to and what you sale with it.
