They cause popups and redirect your browser when you go to certain sites. They should be deleted. Use Spybot search and destroy, or even better (but its not free) Spyware Doctor.

Microsoft offers a beta version of Giant Antispyware for free, its a pretty good program. You can download at microsoft.com
