an easy question if you know it
the second function on my laptop, "Fn" works sometimes, but not always. I constantly use this function for volume, and sometimes it stops working-
I assume I inadvertantly pressed a "lock" of some sort, but i've tried every combination to release it, with no luck. How do I get it working again??

it is funny you say that, stupid, because my keyboard, in general, sucks.
and I think you're right. I hit "home" in 'Fn' and it sent me up, the screen lock locks too. I don't know what the rest of these functions are, so I can't tell if they work, but the mute, volume up, and volume down buttons, all seperate, don't work.
so let me ask you:
COULD IT BE SOMETHING IN MY VOLUME OPTIONS??

There is no way to lock the Fn. I assume you just have a faulty key on your keyboard.
