When the plate is turned South it's on the side that has sauerkraut. Turn the plate to the East and your tonsils won't hyperventilate, because there are mashed potatoes on the eastside. Don't take aspirin because it will inflame your tonsils. Also, this is my last answer to your intriguing questions because I'm beginning to wonder about my sanity!!
