No of course it is not illegal.
It is a fundamental right to punch emos.
Florida Constitution grants everyone a right to punch EMO kids.
It is as much of a right as voting.
Our forefathers did not die so that some EMO kid could go on people's lawns.

Yes. It doesn't matter what type of kid, you can't punch them in the face. Especially if you are over 18. Then that could be child abose and assault.
I geuss since you already been in prison, you knew the answer to that. If that is your thought process, then maybe you should go back to prision. Society has enough miscreants that we do not need anymore out on the street.

what is wrong with just asking him to stay off your lawn.
in some places you cannot press trespass charges
unless your lawn is posted.
my suggestion is to grow up and realize whacking
someone up the side of the head is never a good idea.
post your property, speak to the kid and if that doesn't
work to his parents. keep your cool. then if that doesn't
work you have a legimitate right to call the police.

I don't think you can punch a kid in the face anywhere in the U.S, no matter how much you want to. Have you thought of putting up a fence, or talking to the parents of this kid? One positive thought, at least it is not a dog pooping on your lawn.

He could be a baby and call the police and press assault charges on you. Even if he hits you first, if you hit him back, it's still assault.
I don't blame you though...I know a couple of those emo losers I'd love to tear the heads off of
