I would think a nice wine not to sweet but not dry. actually lots of it i hate carrots wash them puppies down could take two bottles so try a white then try a red and get back with me as to which one was best. okey dokey. lol :--)

Wild Rabbit ( Aussie ) with carrots if you drink too much you still see double, but you can see really far...

well it depends on if they'll be glazed or sauteed or eaten raw or what. still some choices might be:

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Viognier

shots in the dark, really.

try cheese instead.
