I'm still in high school and don't really like wearing make-up at all. But on those days when i get really bad bumps on my face i want to cover them up. Especially when they are red. They usually only come and go in one spot, otherwise i have a clear face. What is the best? I was looking at some neutrogena products and they looked ok. Please help.

Foundation provides a base for your other makeup. It goes over your entire face. It evens out your skin tone and provides a clean slate for your face.
Concealer is used to cover-up any blemishes, under-eye circles, etc on your face. You apply this after foundation.
If you just want to cover up a few bumps, I would just use a little concealer. Just dab it on and apply a little powder on top of it.
If you want more coverage, then you should put on foundation first then apply your concealer.
The Neutrogena products should work well. Just make sure you get a color that matches your skin tone as close as possible.

foundation will make your skin tone be more even....but if your breakouts are bad use a tiny about of concealer, then cover whole face with a light coat of concealer.

foundations goes all over and concealer doesn't, concealer is better for u, try oil free. Neutrogena products are great and always work for a better complexion.

If you have nice skin and dont regularly wear make up. Mabey try this. If you notice blemish the nite before. Dab on a little white tooth paste. That will help dry out the spot. If you wear conceler, put in on just a little dab, pat with fingertip. You dont want to aggrivate your skin by alot of rubbing. Wait a few minutes, then put on a foundation for lite coverage.

in general you shouldn't wear make up but if you really need to then use concealer because its just for one spot. foundation is for your whole face and as its name implies its like the foundation for the rest of your make up
