First of all, you need to identify a good law firm that can take you through the various steps that include;

1- Residency
2- Bank transfers
3- Company registration
4- Tax registration

Establishing a travel agency is now a lot tougher than it used to be a few years ago. The reason is there are thousands of them already in Egypt. A new law stipulates that anyone interested in starting a new travel agency must have a minimum capital of L.E5 million around $1Million. Tough initial barrier, once that is done you simply need to go through the registration process.
