I own an HP Compaq nc6000 Laptop Notebook computer. How do I figure the exact specs form my computer, such as processor type/model/speed, RAM, HD capacity, etc?

go to the control panel and select system you will find all the details in there. presumming of course your running windows

If you are running Windows XP, go to Programs; Accessories; System Tools; System Information.

I belive if you press F2 after the HP Logo screen after resart or start up then you will see a BIOS screen. Then use your cursor keys to naviate around.

right click my computer and click on properties for processor & ram information, open my computer and right lick ur local disk (most likely c:) and click on properties for hard drive information

If you click on START and then right click on My Computer and select Properties, that should work.
