First i use a stain stick soak the load for a few hours in oxyclean then check if OK i precede with the laundry. The best site i have found for questions and they will answer any and all to your e-mail is below.

Is the shirt white? If so use a mixture of 1/4 cup bleach, 2/3 cup baking soda, and 1/2 cup or your normal liquid laundry detergent.
mix this all up in a bowl make sure it is not to runny but not thick.
use a scrub brush and apply mixture to this stain and scrub it thoroughly into the stain for about 5 minutes. then apply a little more mixture over it and let it sit for about 1- 2 hours. then take the whole thing(by itself) and put it in the washer(do not rinse mixture off) and wash as u would normally with a full load.
This should take care of it!!!1

And if its a colored shirt replace the bleach with Clorox color safe bleach.

Zout works very good on stains.
