Please don't feel depressed and don't get tempted to waste time watching TV...... It's easy to entertain one's self with miscellaneous busy work, but when you understand the importance of your role - whether girl or boy - you must see that time must not be wasted.......If you love colors, make something permanent... Look for an idea that will help you dream..... Some people sketch their dreams......Others move furniture,write poetry,knit, sew, etc. ...... Plan something to show others, then you can have feedback comments to encourage you or motivate you to do better. .. Have special people around you even if you have to go to the library to read mags to see what others are doing... Make USE of your privacy...It's a valuable treasure.... Love your home while you're there. ...... Make your own identity; it's YOU!

I'm a stay-at-home-mom and being alone in the house seems like a distant dream to me most of the time!

i don't hate being alone at home. i like having some peace in my life, and when i'm alone i can concentrate on this. usually it doesn't work cause there's so much to do; i try though. i love eating and socializing with ppl, and in a variety of settings. i love being active though i'm not a master at any talent or sport. i love watching a good movie.

I do. And I try to do something like watch a movie I know I'll get lost in or something like coloring in my coloring book (something that you secretly love and that no one else really knows about)- that way it becomes about you and special. And, I'm considering getting a kitten. That way I'll never be alone. I'll always have another heart in the room.

Not at all!
I love being alone.
I can read, nap, snack, get on internet, talk on phone, watch t.v., listen to music, watch DVDs.
I can dig through bags and boxes to see what is hidden there - and throw stuff out.
It's great. I love being alone.

I like "my time". I can get so much done without having to worry about not paying enough attention to my boyfriend.
