Is there any Prepaid phone plan that doesn't charge you for receiving calls?

I think they all do....Prepaid plans are great though if you don't use your phone very much. I like having a cell phone to keep in contact with my family or for emergencies. I don't gab on and on, so a regular cell plan ends up being not worth it for me. I think I might use a 15 dollar card up in 4 months, if I'm lucky.

Yes EZLink Mobile plan. It only charges for outgoing calls. Check your area for an EZLink Retailer or call 877 327 6691 for a retailer.

No. All plans, pre-paid, pay as you go or monthly plans on contract charge for receiving calls.
