He did reply... He doesn't love me like he once did but he will always care about me. We are now working on being friends after all these years. I am thankful for this and I am thankful for all of you who have inquired and who have been listening. With out what all has happened to me within the week I don't think I would have ever known the truth.

The best way to change a man that is mistreating you and your family is to change yourself. All the energy that you are using will have an effect on how you deal with the struggle in this marriage and how you treat your daughter and want her to be treated in her relationships later in life. If you think you are being a doormat for him than that is where you start on the ground and pull yourself up by the boot straps and get it together for you and your baby. Show him how valuable his family is by not taking his crap. You have the strength that is on the inside of you and USE IT.

Just work on being friends and who knows, some day his feelings may change and the love could return.

If this is something that you really, really want then I suggest you get down on your knees and pray to our Lord.
God answers prayers that he knows are from our hearts.

I'm not a very religious person, don't go to church, but I do believe. And someone told me to get on my knees and pray for something that I really, really needed (not wanted) and God answered my prayers.
