i need a program that translate whole website into american. but i can't find that one. i need translation from Japan into english. the whole website, i found once but i lost it.

That is just a word tranlater, i need a whole website to be tranlate into english not just a word. i need a program not a site where i can tranlate the word. but a program where i can tranlate whol site

You can search the web site in question on google and then click on the "Translate now" button located on the right side of the blurb.
Also, you can go to http://www.dictionary.com/ and go to the translator, select the language from and to then, paste the text and click translate. Presto Chango, you get your translated page.
