I am a middle school teacher so I see alot of flirting going on, in and out of the classroom. Girls your age want to feel that they are special and interesting. Remember it's not just getting the girl, it's keeping her too.
Hygeine for openers-just smell clean (because you are)-don't use colognes or smelly deodorants.
Compliment a girl because you mean it. Anything else will come off fake because it is.
Look them in the eye. Not crazy-stalker staring.
Smile. Smile Smile. When a girl is talking to you, make sure she knows you are paying attention.
Don't be a show-off. That never works and often gets you in trouble with some adult.
Lead a good life. Eat well, treat your body with respect, love your famliy, respect everyone, be true to your friends. All these things show on a person. That is attractive.

What type of girl are you intrested in? It all depends on that. If you do like some one approach them with confidence, do not get nervous, be yourself, act casual, don't be concious of yourself, and if you want you can ask the girl for a dance or just hang out at the coffee shop.
One thing I would like to tell you is don't try to do something just to impress.
Also don't worry if the girl doesn't like you, it was just not worth it, there are a lot of fish in the sea. Don't take rejection to the heart. Try and try till you succeed.There is someone for everyone.

Well like that show Why Can't I Be You....like find sum1 that can attract a girl....and then see what that guy does that you aren't doing cuz obviously there's something missing....so maybe like increase ur looks or sumthing...but money doesn't matter at all i mean i'm a girl and i like this guy that's pretty poor and he likes me 2..jus don't worry about the money!

Open doors for them. Respect, polite, and be nice. Unless the girl you like is into bad boys, then disrespect everyone else but respect her a little

because you are older and that is "cool" to them. and you are right, you could go to jail - not many guys think of that first and then make a silly mistake that ruins their whole life. you could always tell them to stop hanging all over you and that you are not interested.... girls your own age are not going to come around if they think you are only interested in the young girls and by letting them hug all over you, it will seem like that is what you want.

be a gentleman, get to know the girls on a personal level and most of all, make them feel like they're important without using the word love until you really mean it

just be nice and helpful. don't make it look like you're trying too hard because the girl might get the wrong idea. just be yourself.
