mobile home renters,why some pay different amounts than others,I call it squaters rights,is this legal,since some homes are double wide and some are single wide.

There are a ton of different possible reasons. If you feel you or someone you know are being taken advantage of or treated unfairly. I would speak to a lawyer to atleast find out what the laws in your state are and what rights you do have. If you don't know your rights, you might as well not have any.

Some people probably pay more for the double wides because they are taking up more space. Regarding "squatter's rights", do you mean you think they can't raise your rent because you have been there a long time? I don't think this would apply at all because you have been paying rent. Maybe you can talk to the manager and ask them what rules the park is using, and find out if all people with single wides pay the same, and all people with double wides pay the same. If not, there might be something illegal.

Supply and demand.
Squatters rights (which take between 7-30 years to take effect) have no bearing on this
