You need a plot and a couple of sub plots.

Start by introducing the normal situation of your character, the stasis.

Then you need a trigger, something that destroys the normality.

The trigger leads to a quest, for example the return to normality.

The quest shouldn't be easy, there should be surprises along the way.

The surprises should lead to critical choices that affect the characters.

The result of the critical choice is the climax of the story.

there should be a reversal of fortunes and finally a resolution.

for example:

Once upon a time there was a horse called bill. One day Bill was attacked by a gang of psychotic monkeys who kidnapped his friend Ned. Bill went looking for Ned and the monkeys. The monkeys ambushed Bill and nearly killed him but he decided to carry on and defeated the monkeys. Except one of the monkeys wasn't dead so Ned stepped on it's nads... ...and they all lived happily ever after.

Sadly I think that I will never be a novelist , the point is that the "plot" would be incomplete if Bill just found Ned and they went home, the surprise and critical choice would be missing leaving a gaping hole in the plot.

Your idea needs to be a damn sight better than that though.

The other aspect of your book would be the use of language, if you have a distinct style you need to stick to it.

If you like you could write a non-fiction work on a subject that you know a lot about.

Stop when you hit 50,000 words and start again.

if you think you have a talent for anything you should just have a go, i don't think it's a case of setting out to write a good book, write a good song or say... be a good actor, i think you have to try your hardest to do whatever you do and then it's up to others to tell you if your any good or not, hope this helps good luck with your book.

first think about what you want others to know( base on your life, society, or anything of your interest). it could be fiction, romantic,a play ,or even auto biography, etc. choose a topic base on the issue at stake. make a plan of list on things your are going to write about starting with the first thing first . always stop making circumlocution. and you will make a good book.

Start with a blank piece of paper and a pencil, then write about a subject that you enjoy or know something about

All books have to have a beginning, a middle and an end. And then you have to develop the main characters and places separately then mix it all up and you have your book.
Sounds sill but its true.

What inspires you? What do you know about? What do you love? What do you hate?
These questions get at what's important to you. Write about what you think is important, then find a publisher who agrees.

First learn to read .I know that sounds strange, but what I mean is that you should spend a vast amount of time reading those authors who have mastered your language (English, I assume).
