I don't know that word, but examples are 'no' and 'rodeo'.

cognates? exact cognates, close cognates. depending on how similar they are in spelling. although the word actually refers to words having the same roots -coming from the same word in latin, greek, etc.-, not necessarily being spelt the same way, and not necessarily with the same meaning either.
