What do parents need to do to bring up a well behaved child?

all a parent needs to do his support there child best they can,,its not easy bringing up children,but all we can do is try our best and show the children we love them loads etc,,, and not to spoil there kids too much,, kids apprecite it if you don't spoil them with loads of money and present,,, best behaved kids are the ones that have respect for everyone no-matter what background,,, all we can do his teach our children right from rong and hope it works ,, also tell them they have to respect people feelings and think about what they say to one or other and just remeber money don't bring happiness to a child its the love and care they need not money:) :(mum off five and skint and well behaved kids to say they young:

The most important of all is a happy home environment and both parents to stick by each other when setting the ground rules of do's and dont's.

If parents are unable to do this how is your child suppose to know if he/she is coming or going.

Children are very very smart, and they can read their parents like little golden books, so once they are able to hit the spot they have you right where they want you.

Once you give in to your child just once after saying no they will play on you from then on until eventually they know how to make you break.

I honestly believe its the voice of authority and if you can stand by that and mean what you say you will be stay on top all times.

Well if the child is already out of toddlers well I guess you in trouble. I always take special things away from moine when he acts up in school. If he dont have things that r special, I'd make some thing and then try to dicsipline the child by just taking things form him/her without threatening what you going to do, just do it and mean it when you say it. wha ever age the child is those are the days they have awawy from their special activities. still keep rewarding them for listening to you and to show you still care but they need to wait til the days of punishment is over to get whst they want back. I started out tapping my son on the hands when he got 6mths, he knew what no mean and since he 's grown up he still knows the word no. Get it! when you rain them at young age they will grow to know the things that ain't right nowand will be haredr for them because you started at the good age to descipline your child. Good Luck!!!!!
