What you do is you connect your ipod to the coumputer and then you click on your ipod on the source list on itunes then you click on nickelback and you press the delet button not backspace then don't pull out your ipod till it says you can or just restore your ipod with the latest updater and put all the songs you want on your ipod except nickelback
