Have a garage sale and get rid of junk u dont need. Ask for an allowence from your parents too. I'm your age and I've been getting one since I was little.
See if the church could hire you as an intern or something. That might help. Good luck and spend your money wisely. :)

I know this will sound gross- however, people pay good money for it. Start a pooper scooper business picking up doggie poop.
You could hire on to do it once or twice a week . All you'll need would be a shovel, container you can line with trashcan liners, trashcan liners and gloves. Make some flyers. Good luck!

Pet sitting, other babysitting jobs, even a newspaper route. Depending on where you live you may be able to get a part-time job in a sandwhich shop (I did when I was 14) but it had to be approved by my high school.

This is a good idea for people under 18. I've made almost $20 by filling out offers. It's really easy and free.

Too young for legal work, in most states.

House work and yard work are probably the best

sit down with your sister and ask her nicely to share some of the jobs with you, or to recommend you when she gets asked to babysit for two people on thesame night, instead of one other friends.
