You have no proof that God and Jesus existed!!! Come on...Wiccans like me have more proof of the basis of our religion(earth, air, fire, water, and animals)....give me some proof that God exists(and none of the **** from the bible...man wrote that book not God)

Well most or all Christians feel different things - the commission to "convert" the world comes from Christ himself and the convert part is the responsibility of the Holy Spirit not the Christian - The purpose of the proselytizing the world is to build GOD's Kingdom. When a person accepts Christ they have the imputed righteousness of Christ "washing sin away". By doing this the new Christan will reconcile himself/herself to the Creator through Christ. And Christ is the only way to do this. Yes there is alot of evidence that Christ was born, died, and resurrected. You have the Internet and his Word and the creation which you currently worship. Do your homework - Simon Greenlief did and he became a Christan as a result of the evidence!!!!
I have taken courses on biblical apologetics which is the skill of studying the evidence for the existence of a Creator without necessarily using the Bible ( which is incidentally a rock solid source of record ) as a source to study the existence of God.
Do your home work!! He's waiting for you at the cross.

When was the last time someone tried to convert you? A Jehova's Witness approached you? And you were traumatized by this? So much so that you had to condemn Christianity?
A religion that says not to kill, steal, commit adultery, to forgive others, and to be sorry for what you have done wrong?
Historians are as sure that Jesus existed as they are sure anyone from that time existed like Julius Caesar. Fire, water etc. aren't proof that anything existed you think that there is a god or spirituality that exists in these things? Show me YOUR proof.

I think that they seek others to see things their way because it's a lot easier that practicing "the Light and the Way", as JC is to have done. I'm sure they also have a lot of intuitive insecurity about their fear based faith that makes them need others around to validate them.
But, there is certainly a God, or a Source of All Things, or the Divine Concept, etc. And, it most certainly is NOT what is described in the bible. But as a Wicca, you surely recognize the Supreme nature of the Goddess, and of Natural Forces, and the Universe, right? That's the true essence of God.
As for JC, it's true that other than the bible, there is no proof that he existed, nor was their any mention of him before the bible was written. And, the story of his life is the same as the story of the lives of many ancient "Sons of God", like Horus, Krishna, Confucious, Osiris, Mohammed, Tammus, Buddha, Odin, and others. Same story, different times and places. Hmmm....

Simply put, Jesus said it to all of the followers of him to go and teach all nations, accepting them into the faith. Yes, as are all books, it was written by man, but the bible is in the inspiration of God.
God are all of the aspects described by you in Wicca. However, are there any proof that you are following the true form of Druidism without doctrine? It is just that unfair to disevowing the existence of Jesus. I am what you call a "liberal" Christian,. I accept outside ideologies as to my faith, because there is truth in all things.. How is it possible all that you pay homage to, exists in the first place? God is no man, nor woman, but a superior existance. A self existing conciousness that exists in all. Because all is made from the power of God. In theory, God only exists as a form of energy, or spirit... Science already proven that all existed as a form of energy millions of years ago, until the perfect conditions were produced. With those conditions, energy transformed into matter... Matter in all forms are made of 3 simple ingredients: Protons (positive energy), Electrons (negative energy), and Neutrons (Neutral state energy)... With that in mind, If this emense amount of extra terrestrial energy exists outside and within our universe, By all right it should be called GOD.

There is mention of Jesus' life and actions in the Q'iran: the holy book of Islam... I own a Q'iran and A Bible... I can vouch for this first hand....

The idea of Christianity is very simple really. Jesus sacrificed himself for mans sins so we are now saved meaning the ten commandments don't really apply anymore for they are not the law. The way it is now is the only way through God is to believe in Jesus as your saviour and as long as you believe in him you get to God (heaven). Basically you are promised ever lasting life with him which isn't a bad deal. We are all sinners it doesn't matter if your a convict in prison or mother Teresa we are all sinned and we all need a saviour. Thats all you have to do sure you can be a nice person and follow the teachings of Jesus but you don't have too.

In spite of the fact that you choose to worship the creation rather than the creator (Rom 1), we still have a concern for all the blinded souls leading unfulfilled lives and on their way to a very real, and literal hell. We don't have to convert, we just feel compelled to share the truth in a world so confused with all the counterfeit religions Satan has thrown up to distract people from the true God.

Christianity definitely isn't the worst religion out there. Personally, I'd rather not deal with any religion.

The WHY is The belief that when everyone has had a CHANCE to know the Gospel..Whether they accept or reject. Then Christ will return to claim "Us" "The Believers.
As for the other part of your statements... Your choice to chose. If you have heard the Message & rejected it so be it. I am sorry you have come to that conclusion. PROOF is not the same as Faith.

We have Faith. As an Ex Wiccan now a Catholic convert, prove to me that there is a "Goddess"? All you are is proving there is a creation, both religions KNOW that. Belief in who created it and how is the differance between the my religion and yours. You can no sooner prove your "Goddess" to me that I gan prove my God to you. That is where Faith steps in. And, the Bible is NOT s*it.

Because that is the basis of Christianity. If they are not proseylitizing, then they believe they are condemning the rest of us to eternal hellfire. Which would be a sin for them to do. They have an obligation to convert us all.
