Metallica: Reload/Rehearse/Request - MTV?

Where can I buy a copy of this DVD or VHS (prefer a DVD), as I have it on VHS, but it's a crappy homemade copy.

I couldn't find where you could purchase anything like that, but I did see that MTV has a spot where you can view their videos and such.

Note: I did look through Ebay and Amazon, if anyone needed to know.
