If you start with the home page, the sign-in section, it will walk you through the basics. Then start visiting other people's pages to get ideas on how you want yours to look. There's no easy way to describe the details here, but one thing is when you go to someone else's page and you really like the way it looks, you will see a command over on the left that says "Make this theme mine." They use the term "theme" to mean the background pictures, and the pictures at top and bottom, and the color scheme of the whole layout.
It's a lot of fun, but you have to do some experimenting and exploring.

sorry we aren't going to spend 3 years explaining yahoo 360 to you. you have to click on help at the top of the page and experiment with it like the rest of us do.
