if an emergency, #911. it's the universal help line. for individual police numbers, look into the white/blue pages for city/state info. good luck. by the way, if it's that important, why are you asking us and not calling? time is tight and shouldn't be wasted on using us an a 411!

first pick up the phone.... and press the button with the 9.....then 1....then 1 again.... and hold the phone up to your ear...then talk.
