Well the best thing you could do is go to acting school and graduate get an agent and go to auditions.

I have a few suggestions for you.
1) go to http://psc.disney.go.com/guestservices/9333.html#9333 to read how to audition for a TV show.
2) Go to http://www.disney.go.com/disneychannel/ and click on one or all of your favorite Disney Channel TV shows (i.e. Lizzie McGuire, Hannah Montana, The Suite Life of Zach and Cody...) and you will see a link to send them an email. Send them an email asking how they made it to the Disney Channel and what you would need to do to get an audition for Disney Channel, too. You might also ask them to refer you to a good talent agent or talent agency.
3) Act in as many plays as possible and keep studying and practicing theater arts.

easy-get some experience and audition for plays and anything that involves acting that you can get your hands onto. After that find an agent and just hope somebody from Disney Channel will want you to be on one of their shows.
and if you meet Drew Sidora on Raven when you go on Disney Channel, tell her I said hey. lol.

send in your best video or dvd doing a number of imaginative things.. to the disney channel..with a letter and or resume.. outlining your desire.. talent.. etc. good luck. my friend sent a tape to a news channel and got a position sitting in when the wx person went on vacation. anything is possible.

Everyone has to start somewhere.
Go to the next audition at your local community theater or your school.
