I know how you feel, i used to be embarrassed easily all the time, and used to go red, it is a bad thing, if you dont want someone knowing something, and then they find out because you go bright red. I have calmed it down a little. Now i am not as bad. I do still get red but i just can control it a little. Just dont think about it, i know you can feel yourself getting hotter, in which you just learn to control. It is a hard thing to do, but i have no other explanation on how to do it.

If you really lack pigment you will always go red in the sun. If you have a little pigment the best way is to get out in the sun all summer and build up your pigment so next summer when you out you will not go red but brown, or at least the red should turn brown quickly without peeling.
So get out more is the answer.

This is a difficult one to stop and I don't have the answer. But I do know that 'Boots' do an anti-redness moiturising cream and I think its 'No7' that do a make up base. Funny, cos its green in colour but when applied is supposed to get rid of the redness

Well, if you're going in the sun, wear sunblock. Put on a new coat of sunblock every half hour.
