I know this may sound sick and Im not trying to be. My mother. My mother died recently and she was cremated. I have her remains. We were really really close. So to lose her again would be even harder. I couldn't bare it. I would grab her.

I think that I would grab a medal that I won at a track meet. I guess it just keeps reminding me to press on, train harder, and live life to the fullest.
