Fantasy football is based on stats just like every other fantasy team or sport. You get so many points based on your stats and they are divided up into categories ( ie. touchdowns, interceptions, fumbles etc) You will draft your players while keeping in mind your salary cap. At the end of the week your points get added up and if your league is head-to-head the person with the most categories won, wins. You can sign up on a ton of sports sites, Yahoo, ESPN, Smallworld, There all good. Most leagues are free in less you wanna win money or something but that's not a good idea if your just starting. However there are programs like StatTracker which helps you figure out who to play what day and stuff, Those also cost money and isn't really needed. Well i hope you have a fun time and good luck with it all.
