I lost my cell at the delta center, theres no way I can afford one without the new service discount, and without my cell theres no way I can get work. So basiclly without my cell I cant get work and without work I cant get a new cell. Since I work temp jobs. I cant afford the cancellation fee either, And since cingular CONTINUES to charge me even when my phone is cancelled I have no way out of this.

You can try to find one off of ebay or something like that. Or find one that no one is using. However if you do either of those, then you will want to get the ESN or electronic serial number before you do and call cingular to make sure that it is not attatched to anyone's account still. You can also port your number from cingular to another company and get a new phone for cheap. You of course will have to pay whatever the early termination fee is with cingular, but once you get the new phone and get on your feet good, then you could pay off your cingular account. See if a friend has an old one that they no longer use and take it in to your cell phone provider and have it re-programmed for your number etc. I think once they program the new one the old one will stop working. I would at least ask your service provider if it is possible.

Get a pre paid phone?, Try to find a cheap old cingular phone through ebay to use temporairly.

buy a cheap one off ebay and get ahold of cingular to have them put your old phone number on that new phone. Put a hold on your old phone so nobody uses up your "time' on your phone and costs you a fortune.
