I don't have a contact number - but there are rescue centres. Also, there is a scottish Isle that is having all hedgehogs removed (unnatural preditor eating bird eggs) and new homes are needed. This was reported in the Leicester Mercury.

just bury some plastic containers of beer in the ground so that the slugs and snails can crawl right up and fall in. You'll get hundreds in there.

Hi,if you put cat or dog food out it will attract them into your garden assuming they are in your area.I have loads put the food out same time every night,they soon get use to it.Do not go out as they will run believe me they can move quick.
