Do you remember Dr. Snuggles?

Just seeing if anyone remembers the children's animated tv show from the 80's. Did you watch it and or like it as a child?

No, I have never heard of him. ...but I also did not live in North America until two years ago. I grew up watching Russian television. If Dr. Snuggles is still on (which I would assume not based on your question), I may be too old to watch him now anyhow. :)
