for the past couple of days i keep getting this weird sort of headache that feels like my head is in a vice(pressure) on each side behind my ears. It doesnt last very long, and when it comes on, it actually hurts to touch my head there too. It cant be because of dehydration or anything because i drink loads? do you know what it might be?

Try going and getting a massage. It sounds like a trigger point. Find a massage therapist that knows how to treat these. PS- trigger points are not serious, or anything, but they sometimes cause really bad headaches, and "strange" aches, itches and pains in parts of the body that are not injured. A trigger point is barely even an injury, just basically a microtear in the soft tissue, where toxins have built up, but they are hard to get rid of. If the headaches start getting worse, or start hanging around for longer, then go see the doctor or go to the ER. If you start to vomit or develop a fever, diahrrea, a rash, etc.. go straight to the ER.

There are too many unanswered questions about your headache. Ozone alerts are very high in our area; maybe that's your problem. I used to get headaches all the time, then they'd be gone. I agree with some of the others. Take a headache medicine, and then keep drinking lots of water. By the way, you didn't say what you drank. Is it something with plenty of water in it? If they don't go away, call a doctor. That's the only solution.

Could be a migrain. Are you sensative to light and sound at this time? You should probley see your doctor to rule out anything serious.

It could be an infection. It might be a good time to go to the doctor.
