Having studied Fashion/Textiles I can see a strong eye for detail in your work but your drawing is very chisled/straight. You need to be able to run off 100 designs a day with a flow.
Design and developement is what it is all about.
Your colour matching is excellent.
You need to be able to draw the naked body off the top of your head.
Teach yourself as those that do make it!

answer is the two confident an no. There are aspects of style which could truthfully be seen paintings. despite if the two as lots greater of that's a means or commerce. The organic aesthetic layout factor of style could be seen an paintings-form, despite if from thereon in all aspects of style, the reducing, sewing of a couture costume to styling for a photoshoot will become industry artwork, and subsequently a commerce. If one have been to pose the question no count if a couture costume made for the runway is paintings although, the respond would be fairly distinctive, whilst lots of the artwork placed into the costume stands out as the artwork of a craftsman, the ideal product must be seen a bite of paintings. To sum up, the aesthetics of layout, couture outfits and pictures themselves may well be seen paintings, however the the remainder of the form industry is exactly that, an industry. Male, 20. examining ingredients technological know-how and Engineering at Imperial college. Candidate for MA Innovation layout Engineering on the Royal college of paintings. Edit - Charles, whilst I determine your factor as valid, i'd nevertheless choose to contest your argument. whilst style does certainly ebb and circulate with passing time and is extremely commercialised, it particularly is in basic terms the facade that it holds as much as proceed to exist. there's a loss of life breed of style properties belonging the elite band of the Chambre syndicale de l. a. high fashion whose life is predicated on the laurels of those comparable to Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel, and Christian Dior (and later persevered by using the likes of Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani), people who no longer only created outfits, yet understood and redefined femininity, and it is their legacy. We would have moved forward, yet modern-day style dates back to those founders.
