It's really a "should you" question instead of a "can you"
On your period you can do everything you could normally do, swim in a pool (with a tampon of course) have sex and yes, masterbate. It's just a little more messy. You're perfectly capable of having an orgasm, it's just smart for while your on your period to do it in the shower, or someplace that you can clean easy.

*Hand over face* Can't belive I'm doing this. Yes, you CAN. However, not only will you need to clean up the mess on the bed/toys, you should soak the toys in alcohol (Medical, not beverage) before putting them away. Blood carries a number of horrifying diseases that you don't want to put up inside you the next time.

I am only answering the ? Not condoning the act. But, yes you can as long as you wash up and clean those fingers and/or toys.

Absolutely, but it would be best to do it in the shower or with a towel under yourself to prevent a mess.
