there will always be a person to believe each side of the story. i think the compelling aspect of the story is the on going fued between her and the rest of nirvana. you have people on one side that help create the music in the first place and should have rights to the music. then you have a widow that inherits his rights. the worse thing about the whole mess is that money ends up being the main issue. the whole thing could have been so different if they would have setup a foundation to benifit trouble and depressed people.
