A size 13 junior is not "huge" as some people have said. Now in inches it would depend on who the maker of the clothing is. In general though with thanks to JC Penney. . ..

A size 13 in juniors is NOT huge. And depending on your height it could be considered thin.
You people who make fun of women's sizes by just seeing a number are being really tacky and uneducated.
As for your question.......you would have to get a tape measure and check. A size 13 or any other size differs depending on the manufacturer.
I wear a size 5, 6 and even 7 depending on who the manufacturer is, so there is not going to be an accurate answer to this question.

Just so you know juniors size clothing are made for just that juniors those who have not had a baby and their hips arent all spread out! A rough size translation you should be aware of is a juniors size 13 is close to a womans size6-7 (depending on the brand)which are made for those of use who have had children.

She is not huge it depends on your bone structure and height let see you have a baby it takes a awhile to lose the baby weight guys sometimes don't understand what a woman's body goes through they think because your a girl you are weak sometimes but that is not true. But 9 months of carrying that weight and the labor.

get a tape measure out and wrap it around your waist...it may be more accurate since pants are made differently and not always true to size....

take a string and go around your waist then measure the string and that' how long.
