Not entirely. But I'll tell you something. Sadly the whole women's rights and liberation movement has strongly contributed to its slow death. Some men are still chivalrous:) And besides chivalry is more than just social etiquette between a man and a woman it is a social intercourse guide. It was just a really huge fad that caught on fast and never really died.. until now, its being fazed out, my question is what is it being replaced by?

Chivalry is not dead.A lot of men(myself included) still treat women and men with dignity and respect. The Feminist movement did confuse us on just how we should behave but we'll figure it out, eventually.Maybe the word needs to be redefined to fit the 21st century.
I guess it all comes down to just treating each other with kindness.Myself,I'll keep holding doors open for people, even if I don't get a thank you in return.

If it is, women killed it.

It is mostly dead because women want equal rights in society and in the work place but they still want to be pampered and treated like they are jewels of the desert. You can't have it both ways. This doesn't mean it no longer exists but a fella like this(me)is harder to find every day because the feminist movement has all but killed it.
