Typically, weeks of pregnancy start from the first day of your last menstrual cycle. Ovualtion usually takes place 2 weeks after your last menstrual cycle began. This is around the time that you would have conceived. Eggs are typically viable for 3-5 days. Sperm is typically viable for 4-7 days. So if you had sex any where around the time you ovulated that is when you conceived.

probaly 2 weeks after your last period as that is when you are most fetile, they measure you from your last period bacause they cant be sure, but they add another 2 weeks to your pregnancy so your delivery date is closer( were pregnment for 38 but they class it as 40 weeks) and congrats ill be 11 week on tuesday
