Typically, weeks of pregnancy start from the first day of your last menstrual cycle. Ovualtion usually takes place 2 weeks after your last menstrual cycle began. This is around the time that you would have conceived. Eggs are typically viable for 3-5 days. Sperm is typically viable for 4-7 days. So if you had sex any where around the time you ovulated that is when you conceived.
Hope this helps and is not too confusing.

probaly 2 weeks after your last period as that is when you are most fetile, they measure you from your last period bacause they cant be sure, but they add another 2 weeks to your pregnancy so your delivery date is closer( were pregnment for 38 but they class it as 40 weeks) and congrats ill be 11 week on tuesday

That is really something you should understand before you concieved in the first place.
Ask your doctor to explain it to you.
