You may wish to seriously consider neurofeedback training. I have found it to be quite effective in reducing the symptoms and functional difficulties (such as, attention and organizational skills needed for tasks like tedious "paperwork") associated with ADHD in my clients. It is not a "treatment", but a training designed to improve brain functioning from a dsyregulated state towards a more regulated, optimal level of functioning, without medications. I strongly encourage you to seek information about neurofeedback (AKA, EEG biofeedback, or Neurotherapy) and other forms of psychophysiology available on the Internet websites and to fully educate yourself as to the options that you actually have in addition to the pharmaceutical modalities for addressing ADHD-related symptoms and issues.

Concerta. It's time release Ritalin. You didnt let your employer know you took medicine or had ADHD, did you? If you did, that would be a big mistake.

Ritalin is for children mostly. Ask your doctor about Strattera.

TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN IT COMES TO PAPERWORK. MOST LIKELY YOU HATE IT AND WHEN YOU DON'T LIKE SOMETHING YOU TEND NOT TO CARE AS MUCH AS YOU SHOULD. JUST TAKE YOUR TIME
