Early Menopause?

I am on my monthly cycle right now but I don't have enough flow to even bother wearing any type of protection. I am 42, could this be an early sign of menopause?

Absolutely! Perimenopause is the period before menopause and can last up to 15 years before menopause actually occurs. Menopause is the cessation (stopping) of one's period for a period of 1 year.
