What are the pros and cons for a G4 IBook ?

I'm seriously thinking about getting a G4 IBook and i just want to know some of the pros and cons. I will be using it mostly for video editing and surfin the web and stuff. Thanks

Shmifty mentioned a lack of exceptional programs, that's only true if you're looking for games. Some game makers port their games to Apple, most do not. However, if you're planning on doing video or photo editing, Apple's the way to go. And surfing the web and word processing are no problem. As a matter of fact, when the latest edition of MS Office for Mac came out, most reviewers were crazy about it, talking about how much better it was than Office 2003 for Windows. The biggest drawback to Apple is that a lot of PC owners really rag on you for saying good things about Apple. LOL Personally, I own both, a desktop PC and an Apple iBook and I like both. If I could only have one, I'd keep my iBook.

if you're planning to use it for video editing and just simply surfing the web, ibook G4 is a great choice. I personally own one and absolutely love it. I like everything about it except that many poppular games are not compatible with mac but if this doesn't bother you that much, i say go for it.

Pros - apple, no viruses really
Cons - apple, lack of exceptional programs (but it does have good programs for what you want to do)
