Take a moment to think of that thing that you are really good at, or that thing that makes you feel so special. then you will Carry those feelings back with you to this very moment, things like confidence, and assurance. see we all feel a certain amount of nerves when we don't know what the outcome might be, but when you think of something that you would know the out come then you will begin to settle down.
Hope this has helped you, best wishes. !!!!!!!

OMG!! You totally read my mind!! I am so hyper and scared and jittery right now. I have the first day of filming, I'm riding in a horse show, relatives are comming, a friend is borrowing me his camera at no charge ever though its worth 10,000 dollars, I have to read and annotate 2 massive books for my sophmore year required language arts class, I havent slept in 3 days I am on a totaly caffeen high and I'm broke. So to calm myself down right now I'm rambling about how i need to calm down. Other things that i do are take deep breaths, close my eyes and chew gum. Works every time. Plus if your showing an animal and your nervous, chewing gum can calm you and the scent keeps the animal from noticing your nervous. But if your riding a horse, take it off before you get on. You might choke and that would suck. Sorry bout that you probably don't care but it sure helped me calm down!! Thanks!!!

I remember the teachings of Taoism. If you are nervous all the time, maybe you can read the Tao Te Ching. There is nothing wrong with taking advice from another religion. Or perhaps your own religion can provide some guidance.

This is going to sound a little odd - but I close my eyes and focus on a tiny point of light that I imagine in the distance and breath deeply. If the nerves are extreme, I sit alone in my car and scream as loud as I can. It works though.

properly that occurs to everyone because once you're answering a question it isn't about you and also you're merely giving your opinion about it yet once you're asking a question that is amazingly diverse there is the concept about aggravating how everyone appears to be like going to respond to it and if the end result's undesirable and probably in case you merely do not choose to face the information. So all in all do not situation that is regular and everybody has the placement about asking and in case you choose i will look out on your call and that i can provide you some recommend :) wish my answer helped :)

I take my thumb, first finger, second finger, and put them together to form a V, then I put them at the base of my skull (rear) and press slightly, in 4 to 6 seconds I am relaxed. Grandma taught me.

I take deep breaths, try to get alone for a few minutes before I have to do whatever it is, and just breathe and space out and think positively. And eat lots of rolaids. :)
