Try one of those silly putty-ish deals, like U-HU Hold it. They hold stuff up really well, but might need to switch it out every couple'a months, if it starts to dry out. It won't hurt your wall if it does; it just won't hold the calendar up. You can either rip the months off as you pass them, or paper clip them together if you think you might need to see the past.

Use those yellow stickies that you use in back of posters they work great. Tape will only make the calendar fall all the time because it is not sturdy enough.

Use tape to stick on the wall. Use paper clip to hold used pages.

Push-pin tacks or if you can't use them then they sell hooks with adhesive backs , just make sure they are strong enough to hold the weight

Craft stores and office supply stores sell tack which is this sticky reusible easy to use stuff that you use to stick anything of walls with.

They do have a stuff on the market that you can reuse that acts like glue and doesn't leave a mark. I don't remember what it is called

tapes, tacks, painter's tape (the blue tape that looks like masking tape...it doesn't stick or tear paint off), chewed up gum (gross but works) velcro stickers
