my rain drain overfills and floods garden and need 2 see plans so i can see where the inspection covers are located in our street so i can rod the drain and save our resiedents some money

Local Counsil should have plans,if you explain the problem to them they may do a free CCTV scan in the area you are having problems with.Drain rods will not help if you have problem with drains but worth a go to start with.High pressure water flushing can also solve some probems but you will have to pay for this.good luck been through this one.

Your local council planning department holds the original sewerage plans, you can usually ask to see them there free, but you have to pay for a copy (I believe)
