Rainy day or Sunny day or Cloudy day !?

Many people love a sunny day, others criticize whatever weather is on a particular day. I love a rainy day especially out in the country side in a tent. Why?... Because it is a very relaxing place and there aren't too many around these days with all the noise, the loud music, the cell phones, it seems as if calm and serenity is getting out of style with the younger generation.

Now look....this is just me, ok.
But, I really like a cool, rainy day.
Why you ask?
First of all, it's an excuse for me not to have to go out and get some exercise and feel guilty about it.
It gives me a reason to plop myself down in front of the tv with my favorite snacks, or put on a favorite CD, or just read a book.
I enjoy the sights, sounds and excitement of thunder and lightning.
I enjoy hearing the rain falling outside.
I enjoy the smell of the cleanly washed air after a rainfall.
I enjoy putting another log on the fire and listening to the crackling and popping sounds emanating from the fireplace while the rain outside is falling.
The rain wraps and envelops me and my abode in a "cocoon" of serenity, atmosphere, mood and a soothing ambiance.

Cloudy and rainy. Never cared for bright, bright sun or hot weather. I like to shiver when I'm out walking. You can always put more layers on, but you can never take enough off when it's really hot out.

I like cloudy days because in California we get a lot of sun and it's nice to see cloudy days to sort of break up the routine! It's really cloudy today, very gray. It's nice!
