The one who supports you all the way(in anything)
or
The one who says "If you take drugs, I will beat you up!"

For me, I would prefer the second one

By the way, I am not taking drugs, just three of us were talking about some guy with a drug addiction.

Well, that totaly depends... does the first support you with your drug habbit? Personally, I'd go with the first one (only because I don't do drugs, smoke, or do extreeme sports like bungee jumping...) becuase it would be great to have someone who will support my dreams of being an author and a singer.

The first one.

I would say the 2nd as well because you might not take drugs if you are faced with bodily injury. It doesn't mean the second one doesn't support you it just means he uses scare tactics to save you from screwing up your life. You know what I mean?

That's a hard question. I'd say if someone actually 'supports' you they wouldn't threaten to beat you up, they would offer help and give you advice where you can get help (like treatment, if you need it) In my opinion, a friend will always 'support' you but will not encourage or allow behavior that will harm you.

I will have to say the one that supports you in whateverf you do. I say this because if he/she supports you in whatever you do THEY ARE A TRUE friend. This being a true friend will NOT allow you to take or use drugs without saying his/her mind and setting you straight.

Probably the second one...as they clearly have your back. Sometimes, friends have to give each other a reality check. The support is nice; but honesty is better.

The second one.

A true friend is there for you when you fall, but most importantly, will do anything to stop you from falling.

Supporting you all the way need not always be good. True friends are there to guide us when we stray to the wrong path.
