Any group of people that have high cross-over in the genetic makeup....Irish have this happen with great regularity, i.e., Brown eyes with blond hair, blue eyes with very dark hair, etc. Usually, brown eyes go with darker hair, blue eyes with blond and red hair in nature. When you get a mixing of colors in eye...there is cross-over in the genes....Violet eyes result in mixing of the red component of the brown eye color with the blue eye color....very rare in nature (common in contact lenses). Green eyes result from the yellow component of brown eye-color and blue eye-color..less rare.

Ethnicity is not determined only by the color of the eyes. For instance some Irish have dark hair and eyes, some are light, but they're both Celtic.
Some Slavs are light, some dark, but still they're Slavs.

It's natural, but extremely rare--just like true blue and true green. Most people with "blue" eyes are actually a greyish color. True grey eyes are also rare, but not as rare as true green or true blue or violet.

in my know-how there is no such case...........i dont think of of so!!! it fairly is considered in basic terms in pictures. the reason being the gentle of flash happens too rapidly for iris of eye to close pupil. gentle is centred into BLOOD-wealthy retina and equivalent to illuminated retina is transmitted to digital digicam inflicting it to look pink in photograph.this consequence's considered in those with gray or blue eyes
